Intellectual Property Protection

1. Ownership of Customer Designs
Designs, patterns, samples, and related files provided by customers belong to the customers. We will not display or use them with any third party without customer authorization.
2. Confidentiality
We can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) upon request. Confidentiality covers designs, patterns, samples, order information, and business information learned during cooperation.
3. Respect for Third-party IP
We respect third-party intellectual property, do not copy or imitate, and require our partners to follow the same principle. If customer-provided designs are suspected of infringement, we may suspend cooperation and request proof of rights.
4. Copyright of Site Content
