Order & Pricing
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
From 100 pcs per color and size. If you have multiple styles, colors, or sizes, we recommend at least 100 pcs per SKU for smoother production. Send us your styles and quantities, and we’ll help structure the order into something workable.
Do you charge for samples?
Yes, quoted per style. The sample fee is deductible from the bulk order once it’s confirmed.
What are the sampling and bulk lead times?
When fabric is available, sampling takes 1–2 days. Bulk production takes about 25–35 days (subject to confirmation). Shipping time is separate: sea freight typically 25–35 days, air freight 7–10 days, depending on the destination port.
What are your payment terms?
Standard export terms. Typically a deposit plus balance before shipment. Exact ratio is negotiable depending on order size.
Product & Customization
Can you develop patterns from design files?
Yes. Our in-house pattern team develops patterns from design files or reference samples. Design files, patterns, and samples belong to you. NDA available.
Can we customize labels, hangtags, and packaging?
Yes. Labels, hangtags, and packaging can all be customized to your requirements.
Can we specify the fabric? Can you recommend one?
Both are possible. Common fabrics include nylon + spandex and polyester + spandex. Functional fabrics are sourced to your specified function and standard; corresponding test reports can be arranged.
Will there be color differences between sample and bulk?
We strictly control color within the same fabric batch. If we switch batches, we’ll confirm with you in advance. We recommend sealing a confirmed sample before bulk production as the reference standard.
Shipping & After-sales
How is export and logistics handled?
EXW / FOB and other trade terms supported. Worldwide shipping.
What if there’s a problem after delivery?
Before shipment, we run four-level QC (fabric intake, first-piece confirmation, in-process spot check, pre-shipment full check). If you find a quality issue after delivery, please keep photos and quantity records, and contact us to resolve it.
Company & Cooperation
Will you launch your own brand and compete with me?
No. Knitpact is a pure OEM team under XHUAJU. We don’t run our own brand, don’t sell retail — your design only serves you.
How do you protect my design from being leaked?
Your design, patterns, and samples belong to you. NDA available. Without your authorization, we never display or use them with any third party. We also respect third-party IP — no copying, no imitation.
